Kindred’s Curse Saga Book 1
Diem has always followed in her mother's steps as a healer. But she's also trained by her stepfather to protect herself. Then one day her mother goes missing and she starts to see things differently. She no longer can sit back and watch others be harmed. She wants to do something and how she can.
This is the first book in the Kindred's Curse Saga. Diem is on a path of self realization and discovery. The world is vivid and yet there is a clear difference in the people of this world. There is so much to unwrap with this book as the characters are diverse and well written. I was pulled in and could stop to see what happens next. I loved this book and can't wait to read the next book in this series, Glow of the Ever flame.

In a mortal world colonized by the gods and ruled over by their cruel, magical offspring called the Descended, healer Diem Bellator yearns to escape her poor village.
