Jeannie is a single mother whose son is finally in remission. Remington is a single father whose wife died. He's also a bear shifter. After an accidental encounter they become fast friends. Both of them are looking at a new reality. Will they be able to move forward and maybe find love?

This is a cozy paranormal romance. Jeannie is a brilliant, protective mother. Remy is kind and an amazing father. Their kids are so sweet: This story is set in our world with shapeshifters. The story is a perfect holiday read. I enjoyed reading this story and have liked Roxie Ray's writing.

They’re both single parents. Both a little broken. And both about to find out that fate doesn’t care about timing—it only cares about love.

For readers who love:

✨ single parents doing their best

✨ grumpy-sweet shifters who cook breakfast and apologize when they’re wrong

✨ and kids who steal the show...”
