Night Huntress Book 1

Cat is on a mission to make her mother happy by killing vampires. But on her vendetta she is caught by Bones. He is a vampire but also a hunter in his own right. They soon come to an understanding and start to work together. Then someone comes out and starts to hunt the two of them and Cat is going to have to choose which side she really is one.

This is the first book in the Night Huntress series. Cat feels so much guilt for what her mother had to go through. But she isn’t a wilting flower. Bones is the perfect vampire who is the perfect amount of dark and mysterious but also a kind of enforcer of his kind. The world is a brilliant urban setting. You get caught up in this book quickly. I loved reading this book and can’t wait to read the next book in the series, One Foot in the Grave.

Product description and Images are from amazon.com:

“Half-vampire Catherine Crawfield is going after the undead with a vengeance, hoping that one of these deadbeats is her father—the one responsible for ruining her mother's life. Then she's captured by Bones, a vampire bounty hunter, and is forced into an unholy partnership.

In exchange for finding her father, Cat agrees to train with the sexy night stalker until her battle reflexes are as sharp as his fangs. She's amazed she doesn't end up as his dinner—are there actually good vampires? Pretty soon Bones will have her convinced that being half-dead doesn't have to be all bad. But before she can enjoy her newfound status as kick-ass demon hunter, Cat and Bones are pursued by a group of killers. Now Cat will have to choose a side . . . and Bones is turning out to be as tempting as any man with a heartbeat.”
