Evelyn is still working on not being betrayed and becoming a sacrifice for her coven. But there seems more to her rebirth than she first believed. This is the second book in the Arcanum Academy series. Evelyn is growing into her new powers. While she's handling the curve balls beautifully in her life. The guy are coming into their own in this book, where you see more of who they are. This is again fast past in its story telling. And yet is slow burn in its romance. I enjoyed reading this book and look forward to reading the next book in this series, Fated for Dawn.
